Whistleblowing is a fundamental tool for safeguarding legality and corporate integrity. Through this system, employees, collaborators, and external stakeholders may report - either anonymously or by identifying themselves - unlawful conduct, regulatory breaches, or improper practices observed within the organization. This reporting mechanism represents a key pillar in building and maintaining an ethical, safe, and fully compliant working environment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Reports concerning unlawful conduct pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, as well as matters related to ISO 30415 and PDR 125 standards (diversity, inclusion, and gender equality in the workplace), may be submitted anonymously or non-anonymously through one of the channels provided under the Whistleblowing Procedure.
Any individual wishing to submit a report may do so through one of the following alternative channels:
- via the dedicated software platform, which allows written reports to be submitted by completing the appropriate form at: www.panta-rei-srl.truespeak.eu
- by sending a written communication in a sealed envelope addressed to the Gender Equality Management System Officer at the following address: Panta Rei s.r.l., Via Cavour 17, 30032 Fiesso d'Artico (Venice), Italy;
- by requesting an in-person meeting with the Gender Equality Management System Officer, by sending an email request to: whistleblowing@pantareiwater.com;
- by using the dedicated anonymous reporting box located at the Company’s premises, which may also be used to share suggestions for improvement.
